Before you ask
Does it need a subscription?
No. Every metric the hardware measures is free forever, including sleep staging and the training-load figures. There is no premium tier and we do not intend to add one.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — CSV and FIT over USB, with no account and no cloud round trip. FIT files import straight into Strava, Golden Cheetah and TrainingPeaks.
Will it work with my phone?
Android 9 and above, iOS 15 and above. The watch keeps thirty days of data on-device, so it works untethered for a month if you never open the app.
What is the warranty?
Two years across India, covering the sensor stack and the battery. Straps are consumables and are not covered, but replacements are ₹490 and fit any 20 mm quick-release.
